For me, food has always been more than just a meal. It's a memory, a moment, a connection.
Some of my earliest memories are from my dad's food establishments and cooking. The clatter of dishes, the smell of freshly brewed coffee, the quiet hum of a place waking up before sunrise.
I loved how a warm meal and freshly baked bread can bring people together. I learned this by watching my father. He had a passion for food and a gift for creating spaces where everyone felt at home. When he fell ill, everything changed - but the love he poured into every dish and every customer stayed with me.
That love is what inspired me to open The Bagel Spot.
After more than 30 years in the food industry, I've come full circle. This little bagel and deli shop is my way of carrying on what he started. Every bagel, every sandwich, every order is made with the same care I watched my dad put into everything he served.
It's not about fancy tables or long meals. It's about starting your day with something real. Something made by someone who's been doing this a long time and still loves every minute of it.
Here, I want you to walk in and feel the same sense of warmth. To hear conversations and laughter bouncing off the walls. To breathe in the aromas of fresh food.
